There are 3 elements in this piece. They were found;

  1. Driftwood, washed up on the shores of Helen’s Bay, County Down.

  2. Twisted wire found washed up on Greencastle Beach, County Down.

  3. Thick Fisherman’s twine, found in a box of tools and materials used to make nets. These belonged to a late fisherman who worked on Carlingford Lough, County Louth. The twine was crocheted by me.
